1. Unplug both router & modem
2. Wait at least 30 seconds
3. Plug the modem back
4. Wait at least 60 seconds
5. Plug the router back in
6. Wait at least two minutes
7. Test to see if the problem went away (if not go to step 8)
8. Unplug ethernet cord that goes from the modem into the router and plug it into a laptop
9. Test internet connection
10. If still no connection, call 419-748-8008
