M2X Communications provides the service on a “best effort” standard and does not guarantee upload or download speeds. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that their router can handle the speed that they select. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Current customers on grandfathered packages (FUSION Bundles) will require a package upgrade, and may need different equipment installed to receive the speeds and pricing reflected above.

Installation is $100. This includes burying/hanging of a fiber drop to your home or business and the setup of one device (a router or computer). Any additional installation at the time of the initial order is $35.00 for the 1st 15 minutes and $6.95 for every additional 15 minutes.
If there is already fiber to your home or business the installation charge is $50. This includes the setup of one device (a router or computer). Additional installation fees are the same as above.
No installation fees will apply within the Village of McClure or Grand Rapids Corporation Limits.
